§ 53.43 PRETREATMENT OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE.
   No statement contained in this subchapter shall be construed as preventing any special agreement or arrangement between the village and any industrial user whereby an industrial waste of unusual strength or character may be accepted by the village for treatment, subject to the conditions of the village's general pretreatment program and § 53.37(B) and (C).
