§ 53.21 DISCHARGE OF WASTEWATER TO PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge wastewater to any public sanitary sewer except those wastewaters in compliance with standards promulgated pursuant to the federal act or the state act, this code and any rules, regulations, ordinances or standards of the village.
