§ 53.06 CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES NEAR WATER SUPPLY WELLS.
   All sewage facilities within a distance of 150 feet radially from all municipal water supply wells shall be constructed and shall be located in conformity with the minimum requirements of the State Department of Public Health.
