§ 36.05 ETHICS COMMISSION.
   The President and the Board of Trustees for the Village of Itasca are hereby authorized, in their discretion, to create a commission to be known as the Ethics Commission of the Village of Itasca, which shall have the power to review, investigate and adjudicate, or refer for adjudication, complaints that allege violations of the chapter.
