(A) Any person who participates in the public hearing shall submit a notice of participation notice of participation with the information requested in § 100.07(B)(1)(j), above.
(B) Any person who attends the public hearing has the right (subject to the Hearing Officer's judgment and consistent with fundamental fairness) to present sworn testimony and witnesses; provide unsworn, oral comment during the public hearing; to cross-examine witnesses who provide sworn testimony or, alternatively, submit to the Hearing Officer written questions to be asked of the witnesses by the Hearing Officer and at the Hearing Officer's discretion as to whether and how such questions are to be posed.
