(A) At any time prior to the applicant's completion of its presentation at the public hearing, and an opportunity for cross-questioning by the Village Board, Village Attorney, Hearing Officer, and participants, the applicant may submit to the Village Clerk not more than one amended application pursuant to ILCS Ch. 415, Act 5, § 39.2(k), however, if an amended application is submitted by the applicant, that the time limitation for final action set forth in ILCS Ch. 415, Act 5, § 39.2(e) shall be extended for an additional 90 days.
(B) Within ten days of the applicant submitting and the Village Clerk receiving (whichever occurs later) an amended application, the Village President shall determine the hearing date and the Village Clerk shall notify the applicant and make arrangements to post or otherwise publicize that hearing date.
