This chapter is applicable to an application for site location approval of a "pollution control facility", as defined in the Illinois Environmental Protection Act. Appendix A to this chapter (which is attached to Ordinance 2088-23, and is incorporated herein by reference as if set out in full) provides information and format requested to be included in any siting application submitted to the village.
