(A) An unlicensed personal motorized vehicle is defined as any wheeled vehicle which is operated by a rider in any position thereon and for which the State of Illinois does not issue a title document, license plates, or registration documents.
(B) For the purposes of this chapter, unlicensed "personal motorized vehicles" includes any motor driven scooter, mini-bike, pocket bike, mini-motorcycle, hoverboard, electric or gas-powered bicycle, electric skateboard, golf cart, all-terrain-vehicle, and go-cart, all of which are subject to the classifications of this chapter.
