(A) It is the policy of the village hereby established, that no person shall carry any lighted cigarette, pipe, cigar or any other smoking material into any building or structure owned or occupied by the village, or to light, or cause to be lighted, any cigarette, pipe, cigar or other smoking material inside any village building or structure.
(B) "No Smoking" signs should be prominently displayed at the entrances to all such buildings, and receptacles placed for the proper disposal of smoking materials.
(C) The penalties for violation of this section shall be disciplinary measures respecting village employees, or the fines provided by § 10.99, respecting all other persons.
