A certain document, copies of which are on file in the Community Development Department, being marked and designated as the State of Illinois Energy Conservation Act (2018 or most current edition), be and is hereby adopted by reference as the energy conservation code of the village for the control of buildings and structures as hereby provided, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of the Illinois Energy Conservation Act are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as though fully set forth in this chapter, with the additions, deletions and changes provided in § 150.32.
