§ 150.04 FIRE PREVENTION CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   The Kentucky Standards of Safety as contained in Chapter 10, Title 815 of the Kentucky Administrative Regulations and the National Fire Code and all amendments thereto are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into this code of ordinances as if fully set forth herein.
   (B)   All premises are subject to the provisions in the codes, with the stricter code having preference. The Fire Chief of the city is the designated enforcement officer and the City Building Inspector (or Zoning Ordinance Enforcement Officer) has certain duties with respect to issuance of building permits and other entitlement pursuant to the Zoning Code in conjunction with the Fire Chief meeting or not meeting the requirements of the codes, a copy of which may be reviewed at the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer.
   (C)   The enforcement of the codes will be the same procedure as set out in the zoning ordinance of the city.
