§ 130.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DISCHARGE. Causing the mechanism to activate on a firearm so that a projectile is thrown from the gun.
   GUN. A firearm for throwing a projectile with gunpowder, spring power or air pressure.
