(A) Each applicant shall maintain an occupational license fee permit and timely file all occupational license fee returns and reports as required by the city code and promptly pay all occupational license fee taxes when due. Additionally, all permittees shall comply with the city’s restaurant tax ordinance, timely filing all reports when due and paying all taxes when due.
(B) The provisions of this section may be waived, suspended or delegated to a festival or special event committee authorized by the Mobile Food Vendors Committee for the city.
