§ 119.03 MOBILE FOOD VENDORS COMMITTEE.
   (A)   There shall be within the city a Mobile Food Vendors Committee consisting of the Mayor, City Clerk/Treasurer and Chief of Police for the purpose of reviewing applications for mobile food vending permits, approval of the locations for operation, and establishing rules and regulations as appropriate.
   (B)   At its sole discretion, the Mobile Food Vendors Committee may limit the number of designated food zones within the city, to address the health, safety, comfort, convenience, prosperity and general welfare of the citizens of the city.
