§ 118.004 ECONOMIC HARDSHIP; RETAIL DRINK SALES.
   Pursuant to state law, the City Council has determined that an economic hardship exists with the city and that the sale of alcoholic beverages by the drink could aid economic growth. Accordingly, the City Council has the authority to provide for the issuance of any licenses permitted by KRS 243.070, or the issuance of any other reasonable administrative regulations as may be necessary for the enforcement or regulation of alcoholic beverages within the city limits.
