(A) For the purpose of this chapter, the hours that places of amusement must not be open for business are between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., Sunday through Saturday of each week.
(B) For the purpose of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, association, company, corporation, syndicate or other groups, or groups of organization of individuals who may own, control and/or operate a place of amusement within the hours prohibited herein above under division (A) above.
