§ 115.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PLACES OF AMUSEMENT. Any place of amusement with an electronic game and/or games, billiards and/or pool tables located therein.
