§ 31.085 MEETINGS.
   (A)   Regular meetings and public hearings shall be held on an as-needed basis.
   (B)   Special meetings shall be held at the call of the chairperson, who shall give written or oral notice to all members at least seven days prior to the meetings. The notice shall contain the date, time, place and the subject or subjects which shall be discussed.
