§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any owner or occupant of premises where any nuisance is caused, maintained or kept in violation of any of these provisions, who fails to remove or abate the same after notice as provided, is subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each day the nuisance remains after notice. Each day the nuisance remains after notice shall constitute a separate offense for which the maximum fine may be imposed. The penalty as herein provided is in addition to the civil abatement procedures as set out herein.
   (B)   Every person failing to perform the duties required of him or her by or to comply with the provisions of § 92.20 shall for every offense be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500, and each day’s continuance of any violation shall be a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person who violates any provisions of §§ 92.35 through 92.40 regarding noise shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500.
   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of § 92.06 concerning the posting of hand bills, advertisement or notices shall be fined $5 for each offense. The fine shall be paid to the Police Department within seven days after the citation therefor is issued. If same is not paid within seven days, the citing officer shall make a complaint to the District Court, and the violation shall constitute a misdemeanor.
