§ 90.63 PROPER CARE.

Any animals kept within the city limits shall be provided proper food and shelter, and the cage, dog house, hutch or other enclosure and the like shall be kept clean and free of any unpleasant or noxious odor, including rabbit manure, at all times. No odors shall be permitted to escape across any boundary line or unit or to disturb any person.
