§ 56.018 LOCAL LIMITS.
   (A)   The IMU Board of Commission is authorized to establish local limits pursuant to 401 KAR 5:055, KPDES pretreatment requirements and KRS 82.082 and as delegated by the city.
   (B)   The following pollutant limits are established to protect against pass through and interference. No person shall discharge wastewater containing in excess of the following maximum daily concentrations:

   (C)   The above limits apply at the point where the wastewater is discharged to the POTW. All concentrations for metallic substances are for total metal unless indicated otherwise. The Operational Manager may impose mass limitations in addition to the concentration-based limitations above.
