§ 56.017 STATE PRETREATMENT STANDARDS.
   Users must comply with Commonwealth of Kentucky pretreatment standards set forth in 401 KAR 5:057. KPDES pretreatment requirements, or such other requirements as may exist or be adopted by state law.
