§ 56.002 ADMINISTRATION.
   Except as otherwise provided herein, the Operational Manager shall administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any powers granted to or duties imposed upon the Operational Manager may be delegated by the Operational Manager to a duly authorized IMU employee.
