Industrial wastewater discharge permits shall be valid for a period not to exceed two years from the date of issuance. Applications for renewal of discharge permits must be submitted 90 days in advance of the date the permit expires. Applications for renewal shall be made on forms provided by the Irvine Municipal Utility.
