Disposal into the sewer system of any pollutant by any person is unlawful except when the disposal is in compliance with federal standards promulgated pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972 (FWPCAA), being 33 U.S.C. §§ 1251 et seq. and any subsequent amendments, and any more stringent state and local standards.
