2-2-1: COMMISSION ESTABLISHED; GENERAL DUTIES:
There is hereby established the Iowa City human rights commission whose duties shall be to disseminate information, educate the public on illegal discrimination and human rights, provide the enforcement necessary to further the goals of this title, and protect individuals from unfounded charges of discriminatory practices.
