13-1-4: ORGANIZATION:
   A.   Officers: The airport commission shall elect from its own members a chairperson and a secretary/vice chairperson. These officers shall serve for such terms as the commission shall determine. (1978 Code §4-22)
   B.   Rules And Regulations: The airport commission is authorized to adopt rules and regulations for the management and control of the Iowa City municipal airport. (1978 Code §4-23)
