13-1-3: BOND:
Each member of the commission created by this chapter shall execute and furnish a bond in the amount set by the airport commission and filed with the city clerk. The cost of such bond shall be paid from the general funds of the city. This bond shall not be required of any nonvoting advisory commission member. (1978 Code §4-19; amd. 1994 Code)
