12-1-10: AUTHORITY OF COMPANY:

The company, and its successors and assigns, is authorized to extend its lines, wires and conduits, to expand its transmission and distribution systems, to engage in repair work and to install new distribution and transmission systems within the city. (Ord. 07-4294, 11-27-2007)
