10-5-5: REMOVAL OF SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS FROM BUILDING RUNOFF 1 :
Removal of accumulations of snow and/or ice in zone 1 of City Plaza resulting from building runoff shall be the responsibility of the adjoining property owner. Violation of this section shall be a municipal infraction punishable by a penalty as provided in subsection 1-4-2D of this code. (Ord. 04-4135, 8-3-2004)
