10-3-2: USE OF PUBLIC SIDEWALKS RESTRICTED:
Use of public sidewalks for any commercial purpose, including sidewalk cafes, shall be unlawful except as specifically provided herein or as specifically authorized by this chapter. (Ord. 95-3676, 5-9-1995)
