A. Report Of Accident Required; Inability To Report: (Rep. by Ord. 97-3810, 10-7-1997)
B. Duty Of Driver Upon Striking Unattended Vehicle: The driver of any vehicle which collides with any unattended vehicle shall immediately stop and shall then and there either locate and notify the driver or owner of such vehicle of the name and address of the driver and owner of the vehicle or shall leave in a conspicuous place in the struck vehicle a written notice giving the name and address of both the driver and the owner of the vehicle and a statement of the circumstances thereof. C. Clearing Up Wrecks: Any person removing a wrecked or damaged vehicle from a highway shall remove any glass or other substance left on the highway after such vehicle has been removed. (1978 Code §23-140)
