8-4-15: ADMINISTRATIVE RULES:
The Chief of Police or designee is authorized to establish administrative rules not inconsistent with any ordinance to carry out the provisions of this chapter. A copy of said rules shall be on file with the City Clerk, available at the animal shelter, and posted on the City website. (Ord. 18-4767, 9-4-2018; amd. Ord. 19-4803, 8-20-2019)
