The screening and buffering standards will be applied throughout this title, unless specifically exempted or superseded by more specific provisions of this title, where they will be referenced with the numbers S1, S2, S3, etc. The regulations in this article address materials, placement, layout, and timing of installation. The standards in this article are expressed as minimum standards; additional landscaping and screening materials may be used as long as they do not conflict with the provisions of this article.
