7-2-3: CONTRACTS MAY VARY:
The city council may contract, as provided in sections 7-2-1 and 7-2-2 of this chapter, as it sees fit, and the contract may vary from other such contracts already made. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require the city council to enter into any contracts whatsoever or, having entered into certain contracts, to approve others on equal terms. (1978 Code §12-1)
