Violations of IFC 107.6, "Overcrowding", as adopted in this title, shall be punishable as Municipal infractions punishable by a civil penalty of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for a first offense and one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for a second or subsequent offense. All other violations of this chapter shall be a simple misdemeanor or a Municipal infraction punishable by a penalty as provided in subsection 1-4-2D of this Code.
