14-3C-5: REVISIONS TO APPROVED DESIGN PLANS:
If the building application deviates from approved design review applications, the director of housing and inspection services or designee will inform the design review committee, who will then determine if the proposed changes are substantive. Substantive changes to an approved application for design review require submittal of those changes to the design review committee and approval thereof according to the applicable design review procedures.
