A. Any violation of this chapter shall be considered a simple misdemeanor or municipal infraction as provided for in title 1, chapter 4 of this code. (1994 Code)
B. Residents of the city shall also have the right to enforce this chapter by appropriate private civil actions for declaratory or injunctive relief. Reasonable attorney fees shall be awarded to a prevailing plaintiff in such litigation. (1978 Code §24-145)
