All principal and accessory uses allowed in this zone, whether allowed as a permitted, provisional or special exception use, are subject to the use regulations and site development standards contained in chapters 4 and 5 of this title and, if applicable, the overlay zone provisions of chapter 3 of this title. Said chapters are indicated as follows:
