8-4-16: PENALTIES:
Any violation of this chapter shall be considered a simple misdemeanor or Municipal infraction as provided for in title 1, chapter 4 of this Code. The fine amount for certain violations charged as a simple misdemeanor are scheduled and set forth in section 3-4-9 of this Code. (Ord. 19-4782, 3-12-2019; amd. Ord. 19-4803, 8-20-2019)
