17-11-3: FEES:

The examination fee and license fee for persons applying for a sewer and water service installer license shall be established by resolution of city council and shall not be refunded. The renewal fee, reinstatement fee, and fee for an inactive license shall be set by resolution of city council. (Ord. 15-4633, 7-15-2015)
