17-1-2: INTERPRETATION OF BUILDING CODE PROVISIONS:

The provisions of this Code shall be held to be the minimum requirements adopted for the protection of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Iowa City. (Ord. 19-4777, 2-5-2019; amd. Ord. 23-4903, 6-20-2023)
