No person shall use consumer fireworks or low-impact fireworks while under the influence of alcoholic liquor, a controlled substance, or a combination of alcoholic liquor and a controlled substance, as the terms are defined in the Michigan Motor Vehicle Code, Act 300 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1949, as amended from time to time.
