288.05 ANNUAL REPORT.

The Parks and Recreation Commission shall prepare an annual written report concerning the operations of the Parks and Recreation Commission and a synopsis of its activities for the preceding year. The annual report shall be presented to the City Council during the second quarter of the calendar year.
