288.01 COMMISSION ESTABLISHED.

A Parks and Recreation Commission is hereby established to serve in an advisory capacity to the City Council, the City Manager and the Parks and Recreation Services in the city and to propose rules and regulations governing their programs and facilities for adoption by the City Council.
