Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8b(7) of the State Construction Code Act of 1972, as amended, the City hereby transfers responsibility for the administration and enforcement of its Building Code, Mechanical Code, Plumbing Code and Electrical Code provisions to the County of Ionia.
