1202.04 OFFICERS; MEETINGS; RULES; RECORDS.
   The Commission shall elect its Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretary and create and fill such other of its offices as it may determine. The ex-officio member shall not be eligible to service as Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson. The Commission shall adopt rules for the transaction of business and shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations, which record shall be a public record. A copy of the rules adopted by the Commission shall be forwarded to the City Council for approval. Once approved, the rules shall be filed, with the City Clerk. In addition, a copy of all resolutions, transactions, findings, determinations and other official action, shall be furnished to the City Clerk within five (5) days after such action.
