1202.01 PLANNING COMMISSION.

The Planning Commission for the City of Ionia shall be designated as the City of Ionia Planning Commission with the powers and duties hereinafter set forth, said Commission being created pursuant to Act 33 of the Public Acts of 2008, State of Michigan, as amended.
