Pursuant to Section 2.15 of the City Charter, the International Property Maintenance Code, the 2012 edition, as promulgated by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted as the official Property Maintenance Code of the City for establishing minimum legal requirements for the maintenance of buildings, dwellings, structures and premises as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the International Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part of this chapter by reference as if fully set out in this chapter, save and except such portions as may be hereinafter amended or repealed.
