1270.02 AUTHORIZATION.

An Open Space Neighborhood shall be a use permitted by right within the R-1, R-2, and R-3 Residential Districts, when developed according to the regulations set forth in the City of Ionia Subdivision Regulations or Site Condominium Regulations, and the requirements of this chapter.
